The answer is "NO" and G&O Family Cyclery has a plan for bicycle perfection. We utilize a New Bike Build Procedure for every bike we sell. In the case of the Riese and Müller Nevo (shown above) the build process is 38 steps and includes steps like "grease through axles", "true wheels" and "remove and reinstall rear racks and fenders with blue threadlocker". Every mechanic is authorized to edit and improve our build procedures. By doing so, we strive to communicate needed changes to our bike manufacturers and to be accountable to our customers.
